Most folks seem to believe the stereotype about porn stars’ intelligence (or lack thereof), but in reality, plenty of our nastiest performers have college educations. Do you know who they are?

    Two points:

    1) I’m not sure I approve of the direct connection you draw between having brains and having a diploma (and I say that as someone working in rather a reputable institution of higher learning).

    2) If you’re into cliches and stereotypes look at the result from the perspective of hair colour (and I say that as someone with a serious weakness for brunettes).

    1) Fair enough. Having myself attended a reasonably reputable institution of higher learning, I can vouch for the fact that brains != diploma.

    2) I have a list of about 50 college-educated porn stars. I can post some stats on them if you’re interested.

    Nine out of ten. Lexington Steel was all that stood between me and a perfect score. Virtually all my answers were complete guesses, so I was pretty lucky. May have read about Mika Tan, but the rest was pure luck.

    That’s pretty damn good. I had to say I was surprised that Lex left the world of Wall Street finance for porn (maybe I shouldn’t be?). According to Wikipedia, “He claims that he would have been in the buildings and been a victim of the September 11, 2001 attacks had he kept his old job as a stockbroker.”

    7/10! woot woot! Lex, I knew was a stockbroker and Syracuse alum; Nina Hartley is a given. All the others I got by adhering top gross stereotypes (asians and brunettes).
