Nikki Benz posted a blog entry today about her experience doing a scene with Rocco Siffredi. Well-known for being very domineering and rough, Nikki was nervous going in:

I may be wrong about this, but I’m pretty sure Rocco has done the occasional movie since 2003. Regardless, Rocco’s reputation seems to precede him wherever he goes. Some girls love him and some hate him.

Belladonna, for example, loves working with Rocco. She’s a pretty rough-and-tumble performer and she likes what I can only call his mystique. I’ve never met Rocco, but I’ve seen him at the AVN show a few times and he’s definitely a confident guy.

On the other side, you have Janine. A few years ago, she did a scene with Rocco in the movie Emperor. According to Janine, Rocco violated her trust (and her desire to remain un-pregnant) by cutting the end off of the condom they were using when she expressly told him not to because she wasn’t on birth control.

Either way, it sounds like Nikki had a good time:

I happened across a pre-rhinoplasty photo of Nikki Benz the other day and was struck by how different she looked before she had a nose job.



Now, she has that pinched nose look that reputable surgeons dread. She’s not the only one with a bad nose job though…

Jenna Jameson had a very cute nose when she started out, but she seems to have gotten the plastic surgery bug and more or less ruined her face.


Almost everyone is familiar with the tragedy that is Tabitha Stevens. I have no idea whether the “before” picture here is prior to all of the rhinoplasties she’s had (3 and counting), but as you can see, things have deteriorated since then.


JR Carrington was a popular star in the 90’s whose plastic surgery is very reminiscent of Nikki Benz’s – not terrible, but obvious and probably unnecessary.


While getting more surgery to fix what you’ve already had done to your face seems to make matters much worse in most situations, Nicole Sheridan entered the business with a seriously botched nose job and went on Dr. 90210 in 2008 to get it fixed. Thankfully, the results seem to be a big improvement over her old nose.



I wanted to find a “before” picture of Devon taken prior to when she had her nose made to look like a scary beak, but wasn’t able. All in all, I’m not a fan of plastic surgery and I’m really not a fan of the cut rate surgeries girls in the porn industry get. Remember ladies: you get what you pay for.
