Recent Goings-On in the World of Porn
As you guys know, I’ve been on vacation for the last two weeks. I’m back now and here’s a roundup of what happened when I was gone (other than a slew of mainstream celebrity deaths):
Non-medicinal porn outlawed in Ukraine
Ukraine made owning or looking at porn without a prescription illegal. Punishment for possession of pornography will include fines and imprisonment for up to three years. I wonder how many people will be taking a trip to see their doctor?
Adam & Eve contract girl Kayden Kross sentenced
Long story short: Kayden Kross pled “no contest” to charges that arose out of her involvement with a mortgage scam that cost a veteran and his family their home. I’ve always thought Kayden seemed hot in an evil way…
VH1 loves putting porn people on their reality shows
Apparently, VH1 has given golddigger Megan her very own dating show in which she looks for a rich guy to leech from. The porn connection? Megan was a Playboy CyberGirl and Sextoy.com owner Dave Levine will be one of the contestants. Starts August 2nd.
Extreme Associates owners sentenced to 366 days in prison
The obscenity case I’ve been watching for six years has finally ended – with Rob Black and Lizzy Borden in prison. The miscarriage of justice this represents is astounding. Kayden Kross gets a slap on the wrist while Rob and Lizzy spend a year and a day in jail. Fucked.
Eva Angelina loves diet pill that causes anal leakage
In an interview with Luke is Back, Eva admitted that she was able to lose her baby weight so quickly by taking the FDA-approved Alli. The rest of the interview is pretty interesting too.
California porn tax once again fails to gain traction
I’ve lost count of the number of times this has been proposed, but it’s hard to take it seriously when this dead horse gets dragged out for a beating anymore. I just hope California continues to remember not to bite the hands that feed it.
NYTimes publishes yet another useless story about porn
Savanna Samson is sad that she doesn’t get to do many features anymore. It’s all the fault of that doggone internet and the over-18 youth of today having no attention span. I’m sure video games and rock music deserve some of the blame as well.
