Stepsisters are Doing it for Themselves
As a marketer of internet porn, I’ve pored over quite a few “zero search result” lists to find out what our customers were searching for and not finding. The first time I looked at one of these lists, I was pretty surprised to see what was at the top – rape and incest. This has been the case at every site I’ve worked for.
Evidently, there are a decent number of folks out there looking for that sort of thing and likely failing because few studios would ever touch rape porn and (surprise!) it’s hard to find sisters who’ll agree to touch each others’ ladybits on camera. In fact, it’s pretty rare to find two members of any family in front of the camera, even if they never appear in a scene together.
Imagine my surprise when I read a press release this afternoon about a pair of stepsisters who not only do porn, but do scenes with each other. Rhyse and Rhylee Richards have been in the biz since 2007, but biographical information about them is pretty scarce. I have no idea how long they’ve been stepsisters or what their deal is, but they’ve appeared in a number of scenes together and seem to have no problem getting lesbionic on each other.
I think it’s probably up to the individual whether stepsisters count as incest – which seems to impact their appeal. I’m curious – how do you feel about relatives appearing in scenes together/having sex with each other on film? Do the Stevens sisters get you off? Do you want to strangle the Love twins? They’re actors. Who aren’t related to each other (double and triple checked the playbill). And still it would make me squirm in my seat and wish for it to be over. That said, I’ve always wanted to see identical twins get together, but I think if I actually saw that I would throw up. I suspect that may be the case for at least some of your searchers.

Good grief! As to the subject matter at hand, I don’t mind the incest theme in erotic literature, but I have no desire to view it on screen. Possibly because in literature, you know it’s a fictional story, but on screen, it’s a little too real.

Fake incest on screen is fine, if I’m interpreting your question correctly. In Internally Yours #3 (from Elegant Angel, co-directed by Mason & William H.), Aurora Snow does a scene with Jay Ashley and Fiona Cheeks. Early on, the dialogue provides a strong hint that Aurora and Jay are brother and sister in the scene. Specifically, Aurora asks Fiona, “Wanna watch me fuck my brother?” Later in the scene, the dialogue changes to indicate Aurora and Jay are boyfriend and girlfriend in the scene. Maybe Mason and William H are saying Aurora and Jay are both brother / sister and boyfriend / girlfriend in the scene. Or maybe it was sloppy editing on their part. Or maybe they had second thoughts on the implications of the scene. Or maybe Aurora flubbed her lines at some point in the scene. Adding to the confusion, I believe Mason and William H. are supposedly brother and sister themselves. I haven’t viewed this scene in a long time, and the DVD has mysteriously made its escape from the VB archives. But I strongly believe my recollections of the scene particulars are accurate.
If that’s what you meant by fake incest on screen (since we know Aurora and Jay aren’t really brother and sister), I’m okay with it.
