Porn Star Holly Sampson: Yet Another Tiger Woods Mistress
As an occasional watcher of golf (just the majors) and a sometimes fan of Tiger Woods (I usually root for Padraig Harrington), I’ve watched Tiger’s infidelity scandal unfold with mild curiosity.
Now that such illustrious publications as The Sun, The Examiner, and the Daily News have broken the unsurprising news that a porn star was among the ranks of Tiger’s “other women,” the story is just relevant enough to mention.
Porn star Holly Sampson is either mistres #6 or #7 (depending on who you ask).

Overall, I’ve been watching the whole scandal unfold with contempt. The man hits a ball for a living. What happens in his personal life is his own business. There are other things to use our journalistic resources for. There is a war or two and a recession on. That said, if any of the above questions could be answered by, I don’t know, a porn blogger or something, that would be a hell of a scoop.

alison hart says:She started doing softcore stuff in 1998, so I’m guessing so. It looks like she took a hiatus between 2005 and 2008 though. Smash is trying to get some mileage out of her starring in a movie they put out in January called “Cheating Housewives #6.”
I have to agree that the invasion of privacy is pretty despicable. The media knows that people would rather hear about who Tiger Woods is sticking it in than what’s really going on in the world…

It is not the media’s place or ours to judge him.more likely than not the scandal will destroy his marriage. i don’t even consider the story of his affairs that interesting or relevant to national news.
The media is scandal oriented because unfortunately that is what sells.

You know, I was thinking about this today (after the second porn star mistress was named) and all I could think was that I felt sorry for his wife. I have no real opinion about what he did other than that he did it in a pretty stupid way, but I’d hate to be the woman whose husband’s affairs are front page news.
