» 5 Boob Job Disasters and How Photographers Try to Hide Them

Porn is littered with sub-par boob jobs, many of them on otherwise beautiful girls. What’s a photographer to do? Get creative. Below are five boob job defects that pop up on a regular basis and how they can be downplayed so you might not even notice them.

1. Dimpling/Scarring
The entry wounds you see on the first picture of Audrey Bitoni’s breasts lead to the dimples she’s now stuck with in the second one.

The fix: This gallery employs a number of the tricks that photographers use to conceal Audrey’s scarring and dimples: leaving clothing on under the breast, covering the breasts with the hands, using the hair to cover the breasts, and shooting her from the back.

2. Giant gap between the breasts
Phoenix Marie, Piper Fontaine and Angelina Valentine are three examples of women who’ve ended up with boobs farther apart than looks natural. Often, this is because the pocket for the implant wasn’t made correctly during surgery.

The fix: This gallery is a great example of how necklaces are used to fool the eye into ignoring the gap between Phoenix Marie’s breasts. The necklace is large and it makes the gap appear less noticeable.

3. Visible veins
Vanessa Lee and one of my faves, Jesse Jane have been afflicted with this problem.

The fix: There’s not much you can do with this other than hide them. You won’t see many pre-2007 pictures of Jesse where her boobs aren’t obscured in some way. But she got them fixed and while she said it was extra painful because of all the work they had to do, it seems to have paid off.

4. Softball ball in a sock syndrome
Diamond Kitty and Carmella Bing both have very large breasts that hang. Naturals do this too when they’re big and photographers use the same techniques on these girls as on naturally busy stars like Gianna Michaels and Sara Stone.

The fix: The best thing to do with large, pendulous breasts is keep them contained. In this gallery, Carmella never takes her bra all the way off, which helps support her girls. In this one, she uses what I call the “arm shelf” where she holds them up with her forearm.

5. Overall shape deformities
Sometimes breast implants just look wrong. Charisma Capelli and Lisa Lipps have the unfortunate distinction of having straight-up bad boob jobs.

There’s not really much you can do here but hide them. Or just accept that that’s how they look and not sweat it.

I respect the decision of any woman to choose breast augmentation. Just can’t understand why some girls elect to go so extreme in size. Lisa Lipps has a pretty face. But her breasts are ginormous (53EE according to iafd.com). What is the motivation, Alison? Is it a guarantee to receive work in the big breast genre movies? If so, I wonder if Lisa will opt for breast reduction surgery when she retires from the business. I believe Ava Devine has done so (reduction), or at least stated her intention to do so in the near future. In the “shrinkage” episode of Seinfeld, Elaine says to Jerry and George, “I don’t know how you guys walk around with those things.” Looking at the picture of Lisa, I think the same question applies. Scarring is certainly another issue. I recall Mirage (Briana Banks) suffering from scarring similar to (possibly more severe) that shown in the photo of Audrey Bitoni above.
All that said, the only breast enhancement decision which truly upset me, was made by Mariah. She was so perfect just the way she was. However, it probably made sense for her to go ahead with it, as I believe she is more popular (as Mariah Milano) than ever before.

Jenna Presley has surpassed Jenteal in my book for the all time WTF? She had such a perfect body. Beyond those who could use the work, like Hillary Scott, I think it must be a psychological issue akin to body dysmorphic disorder. Either a bid for attention or acceptance or a skewed view of one’s self. Sad either way not the worst thing someone could do to themselves.

I wish I knew (or maybe not?) why women choose to get gigantic breast implants, but I honestly don’t. In fact, I’ve never understood why women get implants of any size. I doubt I’m the right person to judge though. I’m not sure how to say this tactfully, but I’ve never lacked in that area and I’m pretty aware of the hassles boobs can cause. Re: Brianna/Mirage – yeah. She was one of the ones I look back at and go “why!??” Her original breasts were so nice. I imagine I feel the same way about Tera Patrick that you do about Mariah. Just a shame, really.

I definitely agree with you – Jenna Presley’s boob job is a real shame. In fact, I think 99% of breast implants look worse than the tits they’ve replaced, but you’re probably right. Not to get all women’s studies in here, but there’s definitely pressure in US society (and the porn industry in particular) to have big, round tits. I’ve seen so many girls with beautiful bodies succumb to the pressure over the years, it’s just ridiculous.

Give thanks for women like Stoya, April Rain, Georgia Jones, Morgan Dayne, Meggan Mallone, Stephanie Cane, and others, who, for now at least, don’t feel the need to fuck up perfectly good breasts. And when these women are in their forties, those breasts will still look damn good!

I can think of only one porn star who looks hotter after her boob job, Havana Ginger. On the other hand I can think of a pretty long list of both porn stars and nude models who are basically hot but whose mangled breasts just ruin the enjoyment. Audrey Bitoni is a prime example.

Personally I enjoy beatiful breasts of all sizes … which are proportionate and in balance with the rest of the body. But I fully understand that breast size is everything for some guys. Even so I really wonder how many breast men are truly turned on by scarred and misshapen tits that look eerily like frozen chickens. Is there actually a following out there of any notable size?

There are a few ladies whose boobs were a little lackluster pre-surgery (Hillary Scott comes to mind), but I’m not sure I like the new boobs better. Havana’s are okay…just not great.

As for guys liking fucked up fake tits, I’ve known a few. They were never able to explain it to my satisfaction (but maybe that’s just not possible).

1. WORST BOOB JOB:You forgot to mention the worst boob job diaster of all (our at least since I started watching porn) which is Starla Sterling. It looks like the doctor cut her breats in half on the bottom and had to stitch it up.
I’m not a obbessive porno fan in the least but I remember being downright shocked by the texas chain-saw massacre quality of Starla Sterling’s new tits in this video:
